If you are an investor looking for a home for your capital or a business looking for a flexible funding solution of more than £1m, the team at LCF can help.
At the end of 2015, there were 5.4 million businesses in the UK. According to statistics published by the UK Government and the British Bankers Association, cumulative lending to UK businesses between July 2011 and June 2016 dropped, by £9.7 billion.
The team behind London Capital & Finance Plc created the business to help plug the significant short-fall in the availability of corporate funding for UK based small to medium sized ventures, estimated to be in the region of £22bn in 2017 by the National Audit Office.
We believe that traditional sources of investment are not able to meet this increasing demand and UK companies are either seeking alternative ways to fund their expansion plans or worse, not fundraising at all and possibly stunting their growth potential.
LCF support UK businesses by providing much-needed funding during tough economic times, whilst also providing investors with an attractive fixed rate return on their investment.
Borrowers must provide adequate security for the loans they receive and the interest received on the loans we make, is used to pay investors their market leading rate of return.
Since opening in 2012, the LCF team has grown and expanded into three office locations in the South East of England.

This system will improve the speed and accuracy of processing both the investment, and the loan books. It will assist us monitor each individual loans performance, giving us a whole of life view that will help ensure borrowers meet their obligations and our bondholders receive their fixed rates of return.
The system will also provide a real-time interface for investors and borrowers, providing visibility on investment values and loan liabilities.
